A proposed model — published to be tested, not believed

A readout that is not money.

Every civilization runs on a shared number that tells people how they are doing. Ours is money, lately joined by social-credit scores. This framework proposes a different readout: a non-invasive, scent-based index of vitality — because our Creator, on this reading, judges us by scent.

We already keep a private tally. We notice who leaves a room lighter than they entered it; we sense, without being told, when someone has been unwell or unkind for a while. We just do not usually call that tally a score, and we have never once tried to save it.

A civilization runs on a readout

A shared number tells a whole population what to pursue.

Every civilization runs on a readout — a shared number that tells people how they are doing and what to chase next. Ours is money, lately joined by social-credit scores. This framework proposes a different readout entirely: a non-invasive, scent-based index of vitality, state, and conduct. It is neither the changeable signature named elsewhere in this corpus, nor the sensor stack that would read it — it is the measure itself, the value on the dial.

Honesty about measurability is the frame, not a footnote: the instrument to compute this index does not exist yet. Any near-term version is an honest self-report proxy — a compass kept by attending to our own breath and conduct — never a claimed device reading.

Scent as a whole-body biomarker

Scent is a systemic emission, not a surface trait.

Scent is a candidate for a whole-person readout because it is not a surface property. Olfaction is among the first sensory systems to develop, active before birth, and olfactory receptors are not confined to the nose: the same family turns up throughout the body — gut, skin, prostate, blood — forming a systemic network of internal self-sensing. The sense also has a rare capacity for lifelong neurogenesis: its sensory neurons keep renewing, unlike most others. In a sense, smell precedes life, guiding fertilization itself through olfactory receptors on the sperm cell.

A handshake ends and the sniffing begins; the measurable rise in hand-sniffing after contact is the everyday, unglamorous proof that we already compute a crude version of this index of each other, constantly, below the threshold of awareness.

The claimSpeculative

Human scent is a whole-body biomarker — a continuously updated chemical readout of physiological, emotional, and, on the proposed model, ethical state — making it a candidate substrate for an index of the whole person.

The olfactory-receptor gene family is expressed well beyond the nose — gut, skin, prostate, blood; the sense is active before birth, with OR-mediated chemotaxis guiding fertilization itself; its sensory neurons are unusual in regenerating across a lifetime; and the VOC profile they read tracks metabolic and disease state.

The body-wide olfactory network is documented; that its ethical reach extends into refined intuition and conduct is the proposed model's exploratory edge.

The shared atmosphere

We breathe one atmosphere, so no readout stays private.

A future version of this index would aim to decode the signal not as a single crude number but as a dense, high-order signature — what the framework calls, in its boldest phrasing, “quantum holographic information.” That framing is deliberate: a holistic index cannot be a one-dimensional grade.

The pivot from a personal index to a civilizational one rests on a single bridge: the shared atmosphere. We inhale and exhale one common medium, so a personal readout is never sealed inside a person — it enters the air others breathe, and theirs enters ours. This framework claims the coupling unites cooperation by construction, and draws its boldest move from it: a readout proposed as a replacement for money and social-credit incentives, a common value everyone can transparently pursue. After all, when we pass, our last attire has no pockets.

The claimSpeculative

This is the Proposed Model of a non-invasive, possibly quantum-holographic readout of holistic vitality — the measure itself, distinct from the malleable signature and the sensor stack named elsewhere; no working instrument exists, so any present version is an honest self-report proxy, not a device reading.

SpiritoScore — a coinage: spirito, breath/spirit ↔ Latin spiritus, “breath” · score, a reckoning or tally — the breath, tallied as a value.

Δ — contemporary science

Quantum/vibrational theories of olfaction; human chemosignaling — sniffing of the hand after a handshake as sampling of another's chemical signature; e-nose and VOC classification as a real but far-from-sufficient precursor technology.

Everyday chemosignaling is documented; that it scales into a full quantum-holographic readout is the proposed model's furthest reach.

The claimSpeculative

Because all people breathe one shared atmosphere, this index functions as a common value that couples individual and collective progress — proposed as a replacement for monetary and social-credit incentives, turning health, education, and good deeds into transparent, shared wealth.

Airborne VOCs and human chemosignaling measurably influence the physiology and behavior of others sharing the same air; scent-mediated social signaling is documented in humans and across species.

Airborne influence between people at close range is documented; that it scales into a full replacement for money is this framework's civilizational reach.

Judged by scent

Our Creator judges us by scent, and the reading spans lives.

The mystical spine holds, without hedging, that our Creator judges us by scent. The breath of life imbues existence with purpose, and a delightful breath allows no shortcuts — it is crafted only through proper conduct. Perfume may find favor in other people's noses, but the readout that matters cannot be masked, because it is the breath of life itself. Unlike money, launderable and forgeable, a scent-based value is proposed as intrinsically unfakeable: it tracks the life actually lived.

If this readout reads the whole person, this framework must say what the whole person is. The source tradition describes the soul in five layers. From the elementary level that drives the body — likened here to a machine's firmware — up to the highest layer, likened to a cloud-based, universal data-management integrator. Only the lowest and the highest are named with machine analogies in the source; the middle three are not enumerated, and this page does not fill them in.

Ω — root-word map
  • נפשׁ Nefesh — soul: the anima/psyche, the lowest soul-layer, the impetus that animates the body
  • יחידה Yekhidah — “only / singular one”, rendered “Singularity”, the highest soul-layer

Given the persistence of quantum information, the framework proposes that the soul's quantum information, tied to consciousness, might not be destroyed but reincarnated in later lives. We use our bodies, mainly in waking hours, to shape the soul through the layers that enter it; living is the process by which the reading is written. The Talmud calls sleep one-sixtieth of death, a nightly rehearsal in which we may review our own conduct — either a comforting fact or the least restful one in this essay.

The claimSpeculative

What this index ultimately measures is a soul described in five layers, from Nefesh to Yekhidah; the consciousness-linked soul's quantum information may persist and reincarnate, so the reading accrues across lives, not only within one.

Δ — contemporary science

Sleep-dependent memory consolidation; the speculative invocation of quantum-information persistence as a substrate for continuity of consciousness.

Sleep's role in memory consolidation is established; that it constitutes a review of conduct feeding a reincarnating record is the framework's furthest reach, preserved here exactly as the source states it.

A universal moral compass

A civilization is steered by whatever it measures.

Why build a new index at all? Because a civilization is steered by whatever it measures. Money and social-credit scores reward what they can count; they miss health, honesty, and love. Without a truer reference, this framework argues, societies grow fragile, drift toward chaos, and lose the drive for self-improvement and collective well-being — an outcome named, without hedging, closer to a curse than a desirable end.

  • A guide, not a bank balance. This index is offered as a shared quantum-biological value grounded in vitality rather than scarcity — wealth measured by what one radiates rather than what one hoards.
  • Individual and collective, one loop. Because the medium is shared, one person's progress is literally inhaled by the collective; self-rectification becomes a public good.
  • Unfakeable by design. The reckoning that matters, on this reading, was never sitting in a vault — it tracks the life actually lived, and no shortcut reaches it.

Our last attire has no pockets. Whatever else this readout gets wrong, it starts from that plain fact and asks what a score would look like if it took the fact seriously.

In practice

Something to keep, not only to accept.

There is no device to read, so the practice is self-report and self-attention, not a scan. What follows is offered as four small trials, not a proof, for weighing this index against our own days.

  1. Keep an honest compass.

For two weeks we stop masking our breath and body scent with perfume or heavy deodorant. Once a day we simply attend to our own signature and log a rough self-rated score alongside sleep, diet, stress, mood, and one act of conduct — a self-report, not a measurement.

  2. Move one input and watch the readout.

We change a single lever — a cleaner diet window, better sleep, a genuine daily kindness — and note whether our self-rated index, energy, and mood move together over the fortnight.

  3. Breathe the shared air on purpose.

Once daily we exhale with the explicit intention that our state enters an atmosphere everyone shares. We sit with the claim: if the readout is shared, our progress is not only ours.

  4. Reckon without pockets.

Weekly we ask this framework's civilizational question of our own week: what did we radiate — health, honesty, care — that no bank balance would record? We track that alongside the money earned or spent, and notice which reckoning feels truer.

There is no proof to close on here — only the question of whether this reckoning, once tried for a fortnight, feels truer than the one already in our wallets.

Where this sits

One piece of a larger instrument.

SpiritoScore is the measure. Nearby, other frameworks name the lever that moves it and the instrument that would read it, run the same shape of argument in other domains, or share the scent-signal, consciousness, or governance thread this index touches. A reading this civilizational was never going to sit by itself. What follows lights this framework at centre and its real neighbors around it, leaving the wider field dimmed.
