Ethical Intuition

All humans carry an innate, biologically-driven intuitive faculty for moral judgment, evolved conjointly with intellect. Justice is a spectrum, not a binary — subjective (values, emotions) and objective (laws, facts) elements dynamically balanced per context — and only lived hardship supplies the experiential baseline that makes justice valued and judgeable at all

The Torah rejects our Creator as the supreme moral authority; per "to cultivate the path to the tree of life," moral intuition grows organically toward pleasant life. Tree of Knowledge = Analytical Reasoning, Tree of Life = Intuitive Understanding — an original untainted harmony in breath, lost at Eden, earned back through post-Eden struggle; God judges by the "scent of breath."
