A proposed model — published to be tested, not believed
Excreta
Bodily waste—feces and urine—is a readable health signal and a resource to repurpose, beyond FMT.
This framework is one piece of the whole; its full page is in preparation. The line above states its present scope.
The proposed model
Excreta
Proposed Model — the waste matter the body discharges, especially feces and urine, is both a diagnostic readout of a person's health and a resource to be repurposed in all aspects of life, not only limited to Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT)
Sources & apparatus
Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT); waste (feces/urine) analysis
In brief
The argument in one read.
Every framework in the health cluster so far has watched what goes in and what happens within: SpiritoScore (fw-03) reads the breath, GastroHarmonics (fw-24) tunes digestion, the Microbiome (fw-04) maps the inner ecosystem, Oral Harmony (fw-28) guards the entrance. EXCRETA is the only framework that turns to face the exit. Its Proposed Model is easy to state and easier to dismiss: the waste the body discharges — above all feces and urine — is neither shameful nor disposable. It is two things at once, and the whole framework depends on holding both without collapsing them into one.
First, excreta is a readout. Feces and urine are a continuously updated, non-invasive record of the whole body's state. Modern medicine already reads fragments of it — urinalysis, fecal occult-blood and calprotectin tests, stool metabolomics and microbiome sequencing — but treats each as an isolated assay. The Proposed Model is that the output stream, read whole, is a health channel of the same order as blood: a second, self-collected diagnostic surface the body renews every day.
Second, excreta is a resource — and this is the move a compressor will drop. Human waste is a concentrated store of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, water, carbon, and living microbes. Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) is one proven instance of repurposing it, but it is explicitly not the boundary. Urine-derived fertilizer, struvite phosphorus recovery, biosolids, biogas, and the ancient soil loop all recover value from what is otherwise flushed. The claim is that excreta should be repurposed in all aspects of life, not only limited to FMT.
The bridge phenomena are two natural mechanisms, one physiological and one ecological. The physiological bridge is excretory patency and clearance — the body stays alive only because its openings neither block nor rupture and its kidneys and bowel continuously sift waste from what must be kept. The ecological bridge is the nutrient loop — what one organism voids, another takes up; a forest has no landfill.
The mystical spine — developed here boldly and flagged for the owner's sign-off — reads this through two ancient Jewish structures. The blessing Asher Yatzar (אשר יצר), recited after every visit to the bathroom, thanks the Creator "who formed man with wisdom and created within him many openings and many hollows … if one of them were ruptured or one of them blocked, it would be impossible to survive and stand before You" (Berakhot 60b) — a daily sanctification of the very function this framework studies. And the laws of tuma (טומאה, impurity) and tahara (טהרה, purity) treat bodily discharge as a boundary-crossing resolved through water, not as filth to be annihilated. Read together, they reframe elimination as a wondrous, life-critical act of separation — the same word-root, across languages, as discernment and judgment. The model is speculative and offered as a compass, not a proof.
