Framework 62 · Affairs & Management

A proposed model — published to be tested, not believed

Mayorchy

No global CEO — abolish nation-states; vest Authority and Power in local mayors as pragmatic servants.

This framework is one piece of the whole; its full page is in preparation. The line above states its present scope.

The proposed model

Mayorchy

The globe's complexity level does not permit a "global CEO"; the MAYORCHY therefore vests Authority and Power in local mayors and their administrations — "pragmatic servants" for daily community issues, not International Relations specialists — while one global entity holds a mandate (per OUR TREETY) solely to maintain TRUNKUTILITY and address global opportunities. Eliminating national states undercuts the interest-group/lobbying BCR and the "Govywood" syndicate-run puppet presidencies

Bridge — Cooperation dynamics of small repeated-interaction units — Tit-for-Tat game theory, reputation-binding in small environments, cities as complex socio-ecological-technological systems

cities as complex adaptive systems (Grimm et al., 2018; Markolf et al., 2018; McPhearson et al., 2016; Zhou et al., 2021); Tit-for-Tat game theory

In practice

Something to do, not only accept.

Policy/design move — vest governance in mayors hired as "pragmatic servants"; strengthen existing mayors' networking organizations; empower civic participation through technology (per TRUNKUTILITY); write norms tailored to collective identity so laws are maintained, not enforced

Where this sits
