Femocratia

Femocratia ("Feminine Power") supersedes democratia: masculine Authority conceives Objectives and Norms; feminine Power accepts, rejects, or refines them and executes at its sole discretion — Authority audits outcomes but must comply with Power's execution orders and is not above Power or the laws. Execution, not vision, is the linchpin of prosperity
